General Class Info & Policies
Fees & Class Schedule:
- Class Fees cover instructed class time (as listed in specific class schedule), 25 lb. bag of clay (unless otherwise noted), studio time, use of glazes, and firing of your work. Studio time TBA. Tools are not provided; however The Clay Underground provides these materials at a discounted rate.
- Guaranteed firing is limited to the work made with 25 lbs of clay. Additional work may be fired for a fee.
Payments:
- Registration for classes requires FULL PAYMENT FOR THE CLASS.
- For immediate confirmation, please pay by Credit/Debit card, using the online registration system.
- For Check or Money Order payments, use the online registration system, and choose “Check Payment.”
- Checks/Money orders should be mailed to:

- Spots cannot be held without full payment.
- Please include your “Regis ID #”when sending your deposit (found in your email receipt).
- Checks will be returned by mail if the requested class is already full. Terms for partial or full refunds may be viewed below. Please contact us or drop by during manager’s hours if you have questions. Classes sometimes fill shortly after the schedule is announced.
Refund Policy:
- Class payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Circumstances which may allow for refunds:
- Full refunds will only be issued if a class is cancelled due to lack of enrollment or if a request for refund is received a week before the start of a class session. No refunds or credits after the second week of classes. Refunds are given at the discretion of The Clay Underground, will be prorated and include a $25.00 processing fee.
PLEASE NOTE:
It is mandatory that all new students to the studio attend a class during the first week of classes.
